"Most empathetic fighting coach I've met. He’s attentive to details, which helps you understand the core of each movement and build your technique in an inductive way — from the specific to the general.
Stefan is very clear in his explanations, but what I loved even more is that when you don’t grasp something through words or can’t quite feel the movement, he quickly identifies where you’re stuck and finds a unique way to show and explain it to you.

"I've been training with Stefan for three months now, and I can confidently say he's the best boxing coach I could wish for.
He is really knowledgeable personal trainer and pays attention to even the smallest details. Even when I try to cheat or take shortcuts, he somehow catches it! From my toe positioning to elbow alignment, he notices every little detail.
After each session, I find myself pushed beyond my limits and proud of what I just did! Sure, I will tell Stefan that I don't like him after every exhausting session, but truth be told, it's those sessions and the feeling of surpassing my own expectations that keep me hooked and eager for the next one!"
"I suffered a health set back in March 2019 and my health pretty much deteriorated as a result. So I was wanting to learn the basics of boxing and get back into fitness.

"I've been re-writing this review over and over as trying to find the right words to do justice is very difficult.
Firstly, he is incredible at what he does, his way of teaching is easy to understand, he is very knowledgeable and really helps you build your skills where you can feel and see the difference. I felt so at ease with him, there was no judgement and he took his time to really understand what I wanted to get from his sessions and what he could give me in return.
Most importantly for me, was that he really cares about you, your wellbeing and your development. I found this really refreshing and something I haven't easily come across when taking classes like this.
He is like family, a brother who you can punch but won't hit you back properly, it's great!! I got a lot of time for Stefan and I couldn't recommend him enough."
